This photo which has gone viral on the internet was shared by a Nigeria Journalist, Aishat Alubankudi on
Facebook.
The young toddler has been met with cruelty of the highest order by his/her parents in the name of giving him tribal marks.

Aishat Alubankudi, has called on the members of the National Assembly to enact a law that would stop the tribal mark practice in Nigeria.
